Soul Restore: A Transformational Wellness Program For Heart-Centered, Humans

Soul Restore is a 6 week program for heart-centered humans who desire a more balanced life; where feeling centered & uplifted is in harmony with achieving your higher vision for your life.

Here's what's included:

In each module you will receive a different weekly meditations tailored to achieving your goals & vision while nourishing your whole self. 

You will get access to bi-weekly videos to guide you in practices for regulating the nervous system, healing old beliefs, creating happiness and much more!

You will receive a 100 page Soul Restore workbook with tools, techniques and reflections, all designed to support you in living your soul restoring life!

You will learn over 20 practices, from breath and body oriented to art and nature-based tools, to support your Nourish to Flourish life. 

You will have dedicated "nourishing space"  where you will engage in your Soul Restore practices. 

You will also have access to all the replay videos and materials for the duration of your beautiful life!

Hi! I’m Luna.  For over two decades, I have been called to guide support heart-centered people to create happier, more fulfilling lives through my work as an expressive arts therapist, trauma specialist, mindfulness educator, author, and integrative leadership coach for women. I’m on a mission to support all people to feel more grounded and have deeper clarity in mind, body, and spirit.

My professional work has helped me deepen my understanding of how to unpack blocking beliefs, heal the nervous system, access the power of connecting to your center and live by what truly matters, which of course, is different for each person. And mostly, my own life experiences and professional work with hundreds of people has shown me how essential it is to learn to befriend yourself, and truly honor yourself, so you can listen within and abide by the deeper yearning of your heart and soul.
 

My intention 

in Soul Restore is to support you and to offer you meaningful insights on how to get from burnt out and disconnected to living a balanced, centered and deeply fulfilling life.

Here’s a 8-part breakdown of what’s included in Soul Restore. 

PART: 1 

Creating A Nourishing Space & Discovering Your True Fulfillment In Life 

In this module you will learn concrete tools for gaining insights on what is working and not working for you at this time in your life. You will use the Life-Fulfillment Wheel to get clarity on what’s most important to you and prioritize your time to reflect what you truly value. You will also create a dedicated “nourishing space” for you to engage in the practices you will learn in the program.

PART: 2 

The Science of Happiness to Overcome Overwhelm

In this module you will utilize the nourishing space you created to connect to your mind, body and spirit. You will learn about the science of happiness and how to apply practical, well-researched tools to support growing happiness in your life in a meaningful and sustainable way.

Connect To Nature Wisdom To Deepen Your Nourish To Flourish Wellness Plan

You will utilize the nourishing space you created to connect to your mind, body and spirit. You will learn core grounding techniques for restoring the nervous system and discover the power of the vagus nerve, which influences how we think, feel and connect. You will apply these tools to the areas of your life you have committed to transforming.

PART: 4 

Working With Anxious & Worry & Critical Parts

You will focus on strengthening grounding and awareness skills, through connection to nature. You will learn specific techniques for engaging with nature to support a healthy nervous system and increase calm and focus. You will apply these tools to the areas of your life you have committed to transforming.

PART: 5

Commit To a Happier Life Through Gratitude

We will focus on strengthening the happiness muscle through connection to gratitude. You will learn specific techniques for increasing gratitude. You will apply these tools to the areas of your life you have committed to transforming.

PART: 6

Commit To Mindful Self-Compassion

I will support you to truly befriend yourself by engaging in self-compassion practices. You will apply self-compassion tools to any struggles you have with breaking though blocking beliefs and committing to your Nourish to Flourish Plan.

Share Your Growth & Celebrate Your Wins

The final week is for celebrating! You will take stock of the journey you have been on and revisit the Life-Fulfillment Wheel and Self-Exploration tools to reflect on the changes you have made in the areas of your life and celebrate your successes!

PART: 8 

Videos, meditations & Workbook for Life!

You will have access to all the videos, meditations and workbooks as long as you like! You an revisit them at any time to deepen your knowledge and understanding of the practices.
