Angela Luna Luna

Hi! I’m Luna. For over two decades, I have been called to guide heart-centered humans to create happier, more fulfilling lives through my work as a holistic trauma therapist, mindfulness educator, author, and creative life coach for women. I’m on a mission to empower people to heal from trauma, tap into their inherent strengths, and live the life their hearts and souls yearn for. I deeply believe you can confidently create a fulfilling life where you feel more grounded and have deeper clarity in mind, body, and spirit.

A graduate of the Expressive Arts Therapy program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, I hold a Masters of the Arts in Expressive Arts Therapy and a Jurist Doctorate from the University of California at Davis. Professionally, I have had the privilege to provide training on topics ranging from Holistic Trauma Healing, Healing the Nervous System, Healing with Art & Nature, and Trauma 101 to Understanding Complex Trauma, Mindfulness 101, and Trauma-Informed mindfulness, amongst others.

As an earth-loving, animal-adoring, laughter-prioritizing, beauty-making, human-serving chica, I have always loved exploring all that life has to offer. Most recently, I have loved jumping on my trampoline, making art with my honey, creating beauty in my environment, and of course, taking walks in nature daily with my "fur familia". I have a passion for all things creative, personal growth, and dogs. (yeah… a bit of an obsession since I was able to talk!)
